Last week, the spotlight was on !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , who proved that there really isn't anything a pretty girl can't stand in front of.

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

This week we have a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! between two members, as we have come across not one but two Sweet PayDay themed Hi-Risers.

Ride #1 - (left) Twiz's 1993 Ford Crown Victoria !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

Ride #2 - (right) FLYGUYJB's 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

How can we compare these two whips? What criteria could we possible have to pick a winner? Wheel size? Decals? Maintenance records? Execution of the theme?

Let's start with the cars themselves. They both share the second generation Panther platform with the modular 4.6 V8, but they vary a little bit in sheet metal. The Crown Victoria in 1993 had not received the glass-less C-pillar yet - that wouldn't happen until 1998. Does that mean the Grand Marquis was ahead of its time? !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! was the only Mercury advantage I'm aware of.

Let's take a deeper look, shall we?

Wheel type: Looks as if Twiz went for the standard chrome while FLYGUYJB went for chrome with colored inserts. FLYGUYJB also went for a different color up front to compliment the theme.

Graphics: While Twiz added peanuts, FLYGUYJB changed the "bar" in the logo to "car." It also appears that Twiz went larger. Maybe to compensate for the size of his wheels.
